Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase.
Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you
have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have
agreed to abide and adhere to them.
PRODUCTS
- Colors
of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's
computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio
lighting used.
- Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
A
difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was
provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a
defect. - Users are adviced to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.
- Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
- Doublewoot do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in product details.
SHIPPING
- You
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
- Once
we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the
status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If
your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card
(or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a
certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
